Founders
Jason LenhartPrior to co-founding L&M Mediaworks, Jason worked as a member of the Advanced Technology Group at Bluestone Software and was responsible for a number of bleeding-edge advancements within the domain of Java. Subsequent to Hewlett Packard purchasing Bluestone, Jason was given the title of Chief Architect for Hewlett Packard's eServices Division. As an architect, he assisted in the development and design of a number of cutting edge technologies, including the first Java application server to market and the first high capacity wireless network in Europe. Jason is currently active in a number of open source initiatives including the Apache Software Foundation's Geronimo project as well as co-founding the Philadelphia Apache Developers user group. |
Tom MaccariellaTom began his career at Bluestone Software in 1996. He was a key member of a team that proved the applicability of the Java Platform in application servers by setting the mark of more than 1 million transactions in a single day for the Doculab's Benchmark of 1998. After Hewlett Packard aquired Bluestone, Tom moved on to work at Sengen, an IT Consulting company. There he worked with some of the leading insurance and pharmaceutical companies with their web initiatives. He was Technical Architect of CDNOW's Cosmic Music Network, which at it peek, was doing more than 100,000 transactions per day. Tom is currently involved in the advancement of AJAX technologies for rich-client, browser-based applications. He is a contributor to several open source projects at the Apache Software Foundation. |
